Ernst Arnulf Abrahamsen
Author of
the Handbook from the Manufacturer

Ernst was born at the Norwegian Hospital in the Norwegian Colony in Brooklyn, in 1933 in the middle of the depression, and grew up with the 20th century changes in technology. In his early years he worked on electrical and electronic equipment installations on destroyers, aircraft carriers, and other navy ships. Ernst has been writing technical books about electronic equipment for military aircraft for more than 40 years. Before retirement, there was work done on US, Japanese, and Swedish railroad trains now in use in various parts of the USA.

It is almost as if these 40 years were spent in some strange sort of data wilderness, serving a type of apprenticeship to get the right amount of practice for writing a really worthwhile book. The majority of these books have been about the functioning of specialty purpose electronic equipment on military aircraft. These books have been supplied together with the equipment to the military for training in electronic theory and equipment maintenance as ‘handbooks from the manufacturer.’

Somehow, the relating of individual circuits into a comprehensive overall schema seemed to be a very practical presentation for writing an entirely new book about the declarations of scientific subjects scattered in verses throughout our Bible into a composite and homogenous text.

Ernst has written this book in his spare time. For more than 20 years, this book has been in writing during lunch and coffee breaks, sometimes several days in a row on vacations and weekends, often on small bits of paper while in the car waiting for traffic or in parking lots. Retired and living at Wild Acres Lake in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, in the Pocono Mountains, there has been time to finish the book.

Svanhild has been collecting his paper scraps, store receipts, and even napkins with all this information. Because of the similarity of the many scraps of notes, the large quantity of appropriate scientific verses scattered throughout the Bible, and the numerous individual circuits in the various equipment, we have titled the book, ‘the Handbook from the Manufacturer.’

It is as awesome as the sunsets over our lake how the Bible validates much of 20th century science. Our book shows how science validates our Bible, and may not change the opinions of our entire civilization, but the Bible can no longer be considered unscientific. Science of the 20th century also validates the premise that the Author of the Universe is the Author of our Bible.
